Rain Shephard Gwen Fan Art

Picked a relatively vibrant and lighthearted theme for this one, and Gwen was on my bucket list of fan arts to make. The entire piece took about 34 hours. The thumbnailing started off kind of like a child's coloring book but I think I don't hate how it turned out. Getting the vibe of a rainy scene and painting the wetness was a new challenge. Definitely not a super professional composition to showcase the character, but I guess that's why it's a fan art.

I did record an entire process timelapse for this piece, but my bad habit of zooming out and in the canvas was so bad that the timelapse ended up being pretty much unwatchable. So I will not be publishing it. (Because I only have one monitor, I've gotten this habit of using zoom to pan the canvas so I can keep an eye on the big picture, but I've changed my keybinds on my tablet, hopefully it gets better in the next one!)
